  • Request a letter (e.g., housing – may incur a private charge)
  • Ask for a medical certificate (work/uni – may incur a private charge)
  • Ask for a copy of your medical records

Prescriptions

  • Use NHS App to request prescriptions where possible
  • Report non-urgent medication problems
  • Raise any medication queries

Results and Records

  • Ideally use NHS App to view results
  • Call reception after 2 pm for results (allow 7 days from test)
  • Ask for your vaccination record
